This role plays a pivotal part in shaping how our people experience change, guiding the human side of a major transformation that will redefine how we attract and support talent across the business. Partnering at the heart of our Talent Acquisition transformation, you’ll help embed new ways of working that empower our people, strengthen capability, and unlock lasting value—ensuring change is not just delivered, but truly embraced.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. 
In this role you will:
• Develop and own the change strategy for the TA transformation, spanning systems, processes, operating model, and digital uplift.
• Assess and manage change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks across TA, hiring managers, P&C, and business stakeholders.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications that support understanding, readiness, and sustained adoption.
• Enable capability uplift through role‑based training aligned to future‑state processes and system solutions.
• Activate and support a change champion network to reinforce adoption and local change leadership.
• Track and drive business readiness and adoption through key milestones, addressing resistance and gaps to ensure successful go‑lives.
• Bring hands‑on change leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or HR technology transformations, ideally involving ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Apply structured change approaches with confidence, using recognised methodologies (such as PROSCI/ADKAR) in complex, fast‑moving environments.
• Navigate large, multi‑workstream programs with the ability to prioritise, adapt, and lead change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, quickly building credibility with recruiters, hiring managers, and People & Culture partners.
• Build trusted relationships and influence effectively at all levels, from senior leaders to frontline users, through empathy and clear intent.
• Communicate complex change simply and clearly, translating systems and process shifts into messages that resonate and inspire adoption.
