Location: Miami, FL (HQ)
Travel: 40–60% (North America portfolio company deployments; occasional international)

Role Overview
The Change Management Lead/Consultant acts as the “front-end change engine” within portfolio companies—preparing organizations for transformation, fostering alignment, reducing friction, and accelerating the adoption of new operating models, process redesigns, and AI-enabled workflows. You will operationalize our proprietary Intervention Playbook and engage stakeholders from boardroom to frontline, ensuring measurable and sustainable improvement.
Core Responsibilities
• Organizational Readiness:
• Conduct discovery to assess culture, change readiness, leadership alignment, and capability gaps.
• Design and facilitate leadership alignment sessions to secure sponsorship and clarity.
• Establish change governance structures, networks, and escalation paths.
• Leadership and Employee Engagement:
• Coach executives and people leaders on sponsorship and communication.
• Build, equip, and activate a change network of champions and super users.
• Collaborate with HR/People teams on org design, incentives, and role clarity.
• Change Strategy for AI and Transformation:
• Translate business and AI objectives into end-to-end change strategies.
• Define success metrics: behaviors, roles, decision rights, operating rhythms.
• Partner with Engagement Leads, AI/Product, and client leadership for adoption-focused design.
• Communications & Enablement:
• Craft clear narratives, multi-channel communication plans, and enablement materials.
• Build training tools to support new workflows and ensure audience-tuned messaging.
• Measurement & Sustainment:
• Define and instrument adoption KPIs and feedback loops to measure and sustain change.
• Ensure client ownership of sustainment through governance and reinforcement mechanisms.
• Capability-Building:
• Codify and share reusable assets into the Intervention Playbook.
• Mentor junior consultants and client-side change resources.
• Support sales and scoping with accurate change effort and risk estimates.
Success Measures (First 6–12 Months)
• Independently lead multiple change workstreams with strong sponsor trust and operational cadence
• Achieve measurable adoption and behavior change directly tied to value-creation KPIs
• Deliver high-impact, actionable communication and enablement outputs
• Enhance the Intervention Playbook with new tools and best practices
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 7–12+ years in change management, transformation, or value-creation roles (consulting, PE operations, internal transformation, digital/AI programs)
• Demonstrated success leading technology-enabled transformation (AI, analytics, automation, ERP/CRM, operating model)
• Strong facilitation skills with executives and cross-functional leaders
• Ability to drive practical deliverables, manage sessions, and own follow-through
• Experience in high-accountability, dynamic environments (consulting or PE/turnaround preferred)
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with Applied AI / GenAI deployments and human-in-the-loop operations
• Exposure to multi-site environments (healthcare, education, finance, logistics, customer ops, B2B services)
• Familiarity with org design, role mapping, and operating cadence (OKRs, governance)
• Certifications in change management (Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR, Kotter) valued but not required
