Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Management and Training Support Specialist to assist the Change Management and Training Lead. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying training materials, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems. This position plays a critical role in planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and project support to facilitate effective organizational change.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Change Lead in all change management activities, including work planning and scheduling.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement to ensure successful change adoption.
• Conduct gap analysis and process improvements to optimize change initiatives.
• Track and report metrics to measure the success and impact of change management efforts.
• Develop and deliver system training sessions to end users, ensuring comprehensive understanding and usage.
• Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge management materials and resources.
• Design and develop self-paced training content for continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate pilots and resource allocation to support effective change initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of changes.
• Support organizational planning and delivery of change-related projects to achieve strategic goals.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in change management support or a related field.
• Strong skills in training design and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in metrics tracking and reporting for change management initiatives.
• Proficiency in developing both instructor-led and self-paced training content.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with knowledge management practices and resources.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset towards driving change and continuous improvement.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$88,600—$91,300 USD
