Lead the design and delivery of change and training strategies across a complex, multi-stream transformation program, ensuring organisational readiness, strong adoption and measurable benefits realisation. Partner with senior leaders to navigate legislative requirements while balancing operational efficiency and workforce impact.
Requirements:
What you'll do:
• Design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies across multiple program streams
• Drive an integrated Business Readiness approach, aligning change with training, communications, workforce and process design
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on change impacts, risks and trade-offs (compliance, efficiency, cost)
• Translate legislative and policy requirements into clear people, process and capability impacts
• Manage cumulative change impacts to minimise disruption and change fatigue
• Lead readiness assessments, transition planning and go-live preparedness
• Monitor adoption, evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies to achieve outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver engagement, communication and learning initiatives
• Identify risks and barriers to adoption, providing practical mitigation strategies
• Track and report on benefits realisation aligned to program objectives
What you'll bring:
• Proven experience leading change in large, complex transformation programs
• Strong background in multi-stream environments with competing priorities and interdependencies
• Experience operating in legislative or highly regulated environments
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders on complex change impacts and trade-offs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including translating complex information into plain English
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, manage resistance and deliver measurable outcomes
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Change, Project Management or related fields (desirable)
