Work allocation and focus areas will flex based on demand, resourcing and priorities.

• Conduct detailed impact assessments to identify behavioural, process and role implications across CTG and the business.
• Develop and manage integrated change plans encompassing communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, and adoption interventions.
• Identify risks, issues and resistance; develop mitigation plans and provide clear recommendations to CTG Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Ensure alignment of CTG change approaches with KPMG’s broader business and transformation priorities.
2. Behaviour Change, Adoption & Learning Enablement
• Develop behavioural change plans targeting adoption outcomes, new ways of working, sustained usage and leadership role-modelling.
• Design learning strategies and user enablement content in collaboration with CTG SMEs.
• Oversee the creation of training materials, support assets, playbooks and user‑facing guides.
• Partner with CTG Strategic Communications to ensure CTG messaging is clear, timely and audience‑appropriate.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness
• Build trusted relationships with CTG SLT, service line leaders, project sponsors and operational teams.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement planning across CTG and impacted business areas.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, roadshows and feedback channels.
• Conduct readiness assessments, track adoption indicators and provide clear insights on business preparedness.
4.  Governance, Reporting & Insights
• Maintain robust change documentation, reporting dashboards and leadership updates.
• Provide executive‑ready summaries of change progress, risks, outcomes and adoption maturity.
• Contribute to project governance forums, ensuring change insights inform decision‑making.
5.  Continuous Improvement & Capability Building
• Evolve CTG’s change management frameworks, templates and reusable tools.
• Mentor CTG staff, uplift local change capability and support self‑service adoption practices.
• Drive continuous improvement based on lessons learned from CTG and global programs.
How are you Extraordinary?
• You are an influential communicator with strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to distil complexity into clear, actionable insights.
• You are highly organised and governance‑focused, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders and time zones.
• You are a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings a solutions‑oriented mindset.
