Position: Photo Editor (HDR Processing - High Volume)
Salary: PHP 53,200 - PHP 76,500/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Flexible; aligned with New Zealand hours [has to process overnight NZ hours to be ready on NZ morning time zone]; full-time (remote)

OVERVIEW:
The company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Photo Editor who can efficiently process 400–600 high-quality HDR real estate and architectural photos daily. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color accuracy, composition, and consistency, with deep technical knowledge of HDR workflows and real estate photography standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• HDR Processing & Blending: Merge 3–7 bracketed exposures per image into natural-looking HDR photos using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, Enfuse, or Photomatix.
• Color Correction & Enhancement: Adjust lighting, exposure, color balance, and contrast to achieve professional real estate marketing standards.
• Perspective & Alignment Fixes: Correct vertical and horizontal distortions to maintain architectural accuracy.
• Retouching & Cleanup: Perform minor object removals, reflection cleanups, and sky replacements when needed.
• Batch Workflow Management: Process and organize large volumes of images (400–600 per day) while maintaining speed and consistent quality.
• Quality Assurance: Review outputs for color consistency, exposure balance, and branding alignment.
• File Delivery: Export and upload edited sets to designated folders or client systems, maintaining proper file naming and structure.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: minimum 2+ years of photo editing, preferably in real estate or architectural photography.
• Technical Skills: Must have strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and HDR processing software (Photomatix, Enfuse, Aurora HDR, etc.).
• Performance: Proven ability to handle 400–600 HDR photos daily without compromising quality.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for lighting, shadows, and natural toning.
• Workflow Efficiency: Experience using automation or presets to speed up processing.
• Communication: Comfortable working with remote teams and following detailed editing guidelines.
• PORTFOLIO is required.
