Position: LOAN PROCESSOR
Salary range: up to Php 70,000/month, with the final offer subject to the client’s discretion based on the candidate’s experience.
Working Hours: Mon- Fri, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm AEST
Work set-up: 100% Remote work
Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Prepare client applications and track them from submission to settlement.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their home loan application (every 2–3 days).
• Liaise with mortgage brokers and loan processors to communicate updates on active applications.
• Keep external referral partners informed on application progress.
• Liaise with solicitors to ensure settlement deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with lenders to ensure all refinancing timeframes and loan approvals are met.
• Assist clients with deposit payments, ensuring funds are available and processed promptly.
• Support brokers and loan processors to ensure correct loan structures.
• Ensure loan files are compliant before closing.
• Process progress payments for build invoices.
• Contact lenders to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
• Request additional documents from clients as required by lenders.
• Align outgoing and incoming lenders to guarantee settlements occur as scheduled.
• Notify solicitors and relationship managers (RMs) of formal approvals for purchases.
• Confirm that lender approvals match the agreed loan amount and interest rate.
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within mortgage broking or home loans.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
