Job Description
Position: Junior Credit Analyst / Mortgage Credit Support
Salary range: up to Php 60,000/month
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time
Work set-up: 100% Remote work
Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Valuations Management
• Order, track, and manage pricing and valuation requests across multiple lenders
• Review valuation reports and pricing outcomes to ensure alignment with loan objectives and broker instructions
• Identify and flag discrepancies, issues, or anomalies in valuation results that may impact lending strategy
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of all pricing and valuation activity
Loan Application Support & Documentation
• Support Mortgage Brokers and Senior Credit Support Analysts with administrative and repetitive tasks required to package loan applications for submission
• Assist with:
• Quickli calculator load-ups (data input only)
• Data entry in Sale Trekker
• Preparation of lender submission folders
• Indexing and organizing client documentation
• Maintaining internal tracking sheets
• Collect, review, and accurately file client documents, including:
• Payslips
• Tax returns
• Bank statements
• Financial statements
• Coordinate documentation between clients, lenders, and internal processing teams
• Support brokers with:
• Appointment confirmations
• Preparing appointment packs and meeting materials
• Ensure loan files are well-organized, complete, and compliant prior to submission
Credit & Mortgage Support (Junior-Level)
• Conduct preliminary support checks related to borrowing capacity and eligibility under broker guidance
• Assist in preparing loan product comparisons and shortlists
• Support credit workflows without responsibility for independent credit decision-making
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure file readiness and process adherence
Note: This role does not require independent serviceability calculations or full credit assessment ownership.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or credit support
• Basic understanding of Australian mortgage lending, including pricing and valuation processes
• Familiarity with Australian lenders and lending products
• Proficiency with CRM systems and loan platforms such as:
• Mercury CRM (preferred)
• Sale Trekker
• Digital document management systems
• Exposure to CoreLogic / Cotality, X-Source, or Stryd is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
