Job Overview

Are you passionate about crafting high-quality hard surface models and realistic vehicles for AAA games? Wargaming Kyiv is looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our team and bring legendary armored vehicles to life in famous titles created by Wargaming. If you have a keen eye for detail, mastery in modeling, and a deep understanding of vehicle design, we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Create photorealistic and game-ready 3D models of vehicles, props, and other hard surface assets.

• Handle the full production cycle, from high-poly sculpting to in-engine export and setup.

• Utilize cutting-edge CG technology to push the quality bar even higher.

• Continuously grow your expertise through training, personal development, and knowledge sharing within the team.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in the game development industry as a 3D Artist.

• Strong hard surface modeling skills, particularly in vehicle creation and mechanical structures.

• Expertise in high-poly and low-poly modeling, UV mapping, and normal map baking.

• Solid understanding of PBR texturing workflows and materials.

• Proficiency in Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.

• Ability to work from technical documents, blueprints, and real-world references.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with Substance Designer, UVLayout, and Marvelous Designer.

• Hands-on experience with photogrammetry to enhance realism.

• Strong drawing or concepting skills to visualize ideas before modeling.

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) // Remote (from anywhere within Ukraine).

• This role is/isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
