Role Overview

Designing and executing the allocation strategy for demand generated from customer camps to FC. With mapping consisting of primary & secondary FC networks for each camp. The role ensures that orders are mapped to the right FC based on capacity, proximity, cost, and service levels. This involves analyzing demand forecasts, warehouse throughput, and logistics constraints to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.

* FC(Fulfillment Center) : A large facility that stores products and processes customer orders for nationwide delivery

**Camp : A local hub where products from fulfillment centers are sorted and prepared for final delivery to regional customers

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an allocation strategy to distribute inventory from Fulfillment Centers to camps based on customer demand

• Build allocation models considering FC throughput, storage capacity, transportation cost, and delivery SLAs

• Collaborate with forecasting, inventory planning, and last-mile logistics teams to optimize network flow

• Monitor FC workload and re-orchestrate assignments during peak demand or disruptions

• Develop tools and dashboards for scenario testing and automation

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in supply chain planning, network design, or fulfillment strategy

• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (R preferred)

• Understanding of e-commerce, retail, or logistics models

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network optimization tools

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• Exposure to AI/ML-driven allocation engines

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, logistics, supply chain, or related quantitative field

• Familiarity with automation and process improvement techniques

Document Return Policy

• This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.

• A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email ([email protected]). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.

• In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

• The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
