Quick summary: We’re looking for a CFO who can take full ownership of our financial decisions - from compliance and budgeting to strategic planning and fundraising. You’ll shape how we grow, spend, and raise capital, and explain your reasoning clearly to the board and leadership team.

What you'll do:

• Own all financial decision-making.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Drive fundraising strategy and manage investor relations.

• Build financial systems that scale with the company.

• Partner with leadership to make high-impact business decisions.

• Ensure compliance without slowing down the business.

Who we're looking for:

• CFO or senior finance leader experience in high-growth environments.

• Real experience raising large VC rounds (at least one >$50M).

• Deep understanding of finance, planning, compliance, and capital strategy.

• Someone who can explain complex financial logic clearly.

• Independent, proactive, comfortable owning big-picture financial outcomes.

Salary range: €6,000-10,000/month gross, depending on experience.
