The Finance Director will be responsible for managing the finance function of the Thailand Gulf Binance Exchange, ensuring compliance with SEC filing requirements and statutory obligations. This role also involves partnering with business units to support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, regulatory compliance, and business strategy, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities::
• Oversee the financial operations of the Thailand Gulf Binance Exchange, ensuring compliance with SEC filing requirements and local statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the exchange's growth and profitability.
• Manage the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including SEC filings.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the security and integrity of financial data.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

Qualifications::
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial management, regulatory compliance, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of SEC filing requirements and local financial regulations in Thailand.
• Proven experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
