Our organization is seeking a dynamic Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups within our ASAM 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment but brings creativity, presence, and connection into the group space.
Position Overview:
As a Group Facilitator, you will lead one structured group per day using our established, evidence-based curriculum. Each session is fully supported with outlined topics, interventions, and materials—allowing you to focus on what matters most: engaging participants and driving real change.
Beyond facilitation, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical and operational integrity of the program through documentation, care coordination, and client support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging, therapeutic groups using company-provided curriculum (topics, interventions, worksheets, and supplies)
Create a safe, supportive, and interactive environment that promotes recovery and accountability
Complete timely and compliant group progress notes
Support Individual Service Plan (ISP) development and updates
Conduct drug screenings in accordance with program protocols
Assist with quality care coordination and communication with the treatment team
Complete quarterly reports and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
Participate in chart maintenance and audits to ensure compliance
