Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Home Health

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric home health services within a local, manageable caseload.

Responsibilities

Deliver pediatric OT services in home and community settings

Follow established OT treatment plans

Document sessions accurately and on time

Communicate with supervising OTs and families

Requirements

Active COTA license in Texas – REQUIRED

Pediatric experience – REQUIRED

Reliable transportation within assigned service area
