Location: West Chester, Chester County, PA
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Summary
We’re hiring a COTA to support occupational therapy services with consistent weekday hours. You’ll help patients work through functional goals, follow established treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the OT and clinical team to keep care organized and effective.

Responsibilities

• Follow the OT plan of care and provide treatment services accordingly
• Lead therapeutic activities focused on daily living skills and functional performance
• Adjust activities to meet patient ability while staying within the plan of care
• Document visits and progress in a clear, compliant, and timely way
• Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Contribute to a smooth clinic day (equipment readiness, safety checks, workflow support)

Requirements:
• Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program graduate
• PA COTA license in good standing
• NBCOT certification
• Comfortable managing a full caseload within scheduled hours
• Prior experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
