Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in pediatric units as a float CNA
• Assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and patient monitoring
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless unit coverage
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensure: Active New York State CNA Certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of patient care experience, Level 1 trauma experience required
• Technical Skills: Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain/re-certify)
• Soft Skills: Adaptability, compassion, teamwork, and strong communication abilities
