Pay Range: $20.25 – $25.00 an/hour (with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Provide safe mobility assistance and help with transfers

• Prepare and serve meals tailored to dietary needs

• Keep clients’ homes clean, safe, and comfortable

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare team members

• Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

What we are looking for

• Active Maryland CNA Certification

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Reliable transportation

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Physical ability to assist with client transfers
