Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team! As a CMA, you will provide essential care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety

Maintain a clean and comfortable environment

Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Must have a valid CMA certification

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
