Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Float- Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Tradition, FL area

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site

Florida Cardiovascular Partners is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team in the Port St Lucie, FL area. This is a permanent, floating position supporting our cardiology providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and smooth daily workflow. The locations will cover the Port St Lucie, Stuart, and Tradition offices. 

Responsibilities

Greet, room, and prepare patients for exams

Record vital signs and perform ECGs

Update patient histories and medication lists

Assist providers with minor in-office procedures

Document accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical safety standards

Support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience

Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Required

BLS Certification – Preferred

Minimum 2 years of CMA experience

Cardiology or specialty care experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with EHR systems and medical terminology

Preferred Experience

EHR documentation (1+ year)

Recording vital signs (1+ year)
