Overview:

The Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) performs various clinical and administrative duties operating interdependently as part of the clinical team focused on delivering patient-centered quality care to Matthew 25 patients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform tasks/skills with proficiency and accuracy ie: vaccine administration

Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in documenting in EHR

Contribute to a positive health care experience for patients utilizing the framework of DEI

Use a collaborative approach with providers and other care team members to provide patient centered care, and ensure patient safety and well-being

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Medical Assistant/ Registered Medical Assistant

Associates of Applied Science Degree obtained through a CAAHEP-accredited college program.

Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.

Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel

Valid Driver’s License with at least three (3) years driving experience and less than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test.
