Schedule: Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Colonia. This position offers consistent weekday morning hours and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You Will Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities• Support the client’s morning routine and overall comfort• Assist with mobility, safety, and maintaining a positive care environment• Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition• Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams

What We Are Looking For

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification• Availability on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care• Compassionate, patient focused approach• Ability to complete MMR titers as required for this client assignment
