Position Summary:
The Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP) provides integrated, evidence-based services to individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders. This role ensures delivery of person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care in accordance with DBHDS standards and Envision Health policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualized service plans
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling
• Provide relapse prevention and recovery support
• Deliver community-based services
• Maintain compliant documentation
• Participate in team collaboration and meetings
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
• 1–2 years experience with co-occurring disorders
• Valid CCDP certification required
• Licensure (QMHP, CSAC, LPC, LCSW) preferred
