We are seeking a Certified Caregiver / Med Aide to provide assistance with routine daily care in a senior living community in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have valid Arizona Caregiver Certification, current CPR certification, and a valid AZ Level One Fingerprint card. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with medication management and other daily living activities.

Job Description

• PM shift Saturday thru Monday and Wednesday
• Must have valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Must have current CPR certification
• Must have current AZ Level One Fingerprint card
• Must be able to pass background check and pre employment screening

Essential Duties:

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
• Assist residents in their daily living activities.
• Provide assistance at mealtime.
• Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs, etc.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess Arizona Caregiver Certification
