About the Job

As a Certification Technician I, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside senior technicians while building the skills needed to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, compliance, and customer confidence at every site you support.

What You Will Be Doing

Certify and test HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer sites
• Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations using specialized tools
• Communicate testing results clearly and professionally to customers
• Accurately record and upload testing data and documentation
• Work closely with lead technicians, dispatches, and management to support service schedules

What We Are Looking For

High School diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel domestically up to 60%

Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability
