This role will work closely with IT&S Leadership, Finance, and external vendors to support and enhance enterprise financial systems while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

What You'll Do
The Senior Analyst, Billing Integration & Revenue Cycle Systems, will serve as a key liaison between Laboratory Information Systems (Cerner Millennium), Xifin(RCM), and Hospital Billing platforms (including EPIC and RIO). This role ensures that charges, orders, insurance, and demographic data move accurately and efficiently across systems to support timely and compliant billing.
The analyst will lead interface validation, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, support insurance mapping/aliasing, and drive continuous optimization of end‑to‑end billing workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years experience in LIS billing, hospital billing, revenue cycle, or clinical system integration (Cerner, EPIC,RIO, Xifin strongly preferred).
Understanding of HL7 message structures, especially ADT/DFT.
Deep knowledge of Cerner Millennium billing, charge services, and insurance aliasing.
Experience with lab billing and charge capture workflows (CPT, ICD‑10, NPI, modifiers, medical necessity edits).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret billing errors and upstream/downstream impacts.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reference lab billing models (Quest, LabCorp, Sonic) or outreach billing workflows.
Familiarity with claim scrubbers, denial management tools, and revenue integrity audits.
Knowledge of Xifin’s billing workflow - Claim process, panel logic, and client billing modules.
