Responsabilidades principales

Gestión de oficina:
Supervisar el funcionamiento diario de la oficina: suministros, mantenimiento, recepción, espacios de trabajo.
Coordinar con proveedores y controlar contratos y facturas relacionadas con servicios generales.
Garantizar un ambiente de trabajo ordenado, seguro y eficiente.
Organización de eventos corporativos:
Planificar y ejecutar eventos internos y externos (reuniones, formaciones, celebraciones, actividades de team building).
Gestionar presupuestos, proveedores, logística, convocatorias e informes post-evento.
Asistencia directa al CEO:
Gestión de agenda, reuniones, viajes y comunicaciones tanto nacionales como internacionales.
Preparación de documentos, presentaciones e informes en inglés y español.
Filtrado y priorización de tareas, correos y solicitudes internas/externas.
Apoyo en proyectos estratégicos y coordinación con el resto del equipo directivo.

Mantener una comunicación constante con las oficinas centrales para asegurar alineación en agendas, reportes y requerimientos corporativos


Requisitos


Requisitos

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (C1 o equivalente).
Experiencia: 2–5 años en roles similares (Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administration).
Habilidades clave:
Excelentes capacidades organizativas y multitarea.
Comunicación oral y escrita impecable en ambos idiomas.
Proactividad, discreción y orientación al detalle.
Capacidad para gestionar prioridades en entornos dinámicos.
Tecnología: Manejo fluido de Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, herramientas de gestión de proyectos y organización de eventos.

Alto nivel de autonomía y resolución de problemas.
Trato cordial y profesional con equipos multiculturales.
Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad.
