We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centres in ROME — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Rome (on-site)

Contract: Freelancer OR fixed term— part-time (approx. 20h/week), with the possibility to negotiate to a full time or 30 hours /week contract

Remuneration: A fixed monthly reimbursement plus a performance-based commission on revenues

Your Role in Our Mission

Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent Tuition Centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

•
Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment

•
Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

•
Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

•
Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

•
Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff
