This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations or Centre Manager to work in a high-tech, modern retail and leisure park The role is a 6-month minimum fixed term contract within a leading property management company's wider portfolio. This role provides the opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their experience within a site undergoing huge redevelopment projects as well as expand into more leisure focused areas of shopping centres.
You will:
• Be responsible for the successful operational and commercial management of the centre
• Effectively and proactively manage the Cleaning, Security and M&E supplier contracts
• Be the face of the scheme, build and develop positive relationships with key external and internal stakeholders including tenants, customers, local authorities and business groups
• Identify and implement strategies to improve tenant performance and asset value
• Play an active role in the development of marketing, PR and events to drive positive media coverage, footfall and sales.
The candidate:
• Will have Operations or Shopping Centre Management experience
• Will have a go-getter attitude
• Will have excellent written and oral communication skills
