Centralization Process Analyst

Fulfillment Entity Criteria: Shared Services Experience Strongly Preferred

Role Description:
* Drive the definition and documentation of processes for regional centralization of Service Coordinators.
* Maintain/modify existing process documentation for additional centralized roles as needed
* Assist with definition and creation of "process enablers" for centralization (sharepoint, functional mailbox, security, etc.)
* Inform and assist in the review of training and communications materials related to centralization deployment

Skills Required:
* Process documentation (visio)
* Work Instruction/Standard Operation Procedures and job aid/reference tool creation
* Shared Services / Centralization background - Finance preferred, specifically Order to Cash/Opportunity to Cash
* Oil & Gas services experience preferred

* Works well with minimal direction
* Able to independently organize/facilitate process definition working sessions and review meetings

$60/hr - 12months contract
