Responsibilities:
• Governance & Performance Management:
• Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Analytics. Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders, including those revealed through AI-powered predictive analytics.

• Analytics, Insights and Reporting:
• Work with Data Analytics and AI teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights. Automate regular reports for senior management incorporating AI-enhanced data visualization and forecasting.

• Industry & Competition:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research, utilizing AI tools for real-time market intelligence and sentiment analysis.
• Develop and drive competitive strategies informed by AI-generated insights and scenario modeling.

• Special Projects:
• Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects, including AI-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business innovation.

Requirements:
• Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
• Project and change management experience.
• Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
• MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
