We’re looking for our very own “Wizard of the Cellar” - the behind-the-scenes legend who keeps the beer flowing, the lines sparkling clean, and the pub running smoothly.
A day in the life of a Cellar Attendant:
• Keeping the beer lines clean and the cellar organised
• Receiving, rotating and storing stock the right way
• Assisting with keg changes and making sure the beer pours perfectly every time
• Helping the team with deliveries, stock counts and general maintenance tasks
• Being the go-to person for cellar knowledge and upkeep
About you:
• You understand cellar operations, stock rotation and safe handling
• You’ve got a good eye for detail and pride in doing things properly
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold a current RSA certificate
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
