1. INTRODUCTION

The NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation Division (CDT) is developing the NATO Repository of Allied Cyber Responses, an Alliance-wide tool that consolidates information on significant malicious cyber activities targeting Allies, threat actor profiles and the responses taken by Allies. The aim is to strengthen shared situational awareness, identify response patterns, support strategic decision-making, and strengthen coherence across the Alliance.

As the Repository enters its final development phase and prepares for launch in Q1 2026, CDT requires the support of a dedicated Project Manager to oversee delivery, coordinate contributors, support testing and onboarding processes, establish governance routines, and ensure effective transition from development into sustained operational use.

In addition, efforts are underway to streamline the Cyber Defence Pledge (CDP) process, NATO’s flagship mechanism to track Allied cyber resilience postures. The Project Manager will be required to help manage the workflow through the Pledge’s annual cycle, leading project management from initial delivery and subsequent processing of Allied self-assessments, execution of Allied bilaterals, and data analysis in support of reporting to Allies.

We are seeking a well-rounded professional with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Knowledge of NATO’s political and cyber structures is a strong asset
