D&J Construction Company is a leading provider of construction and asphalt paving services in Louisiana. We are currently seeking experienced and dependable CDL Dump Truck Drivers to join our team. Position Overview: The CDL Dump Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe operation of late-model dump trucks, transporting asphalt and construction materials to job sites while ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Class A or B commercial vehicle to transport and deliver materials to various job sites.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to meet job schedules.

Ensure truck is clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Adhere to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.

Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

Valid Class A or B CDL – Class A is preferred.

1 year of recent commercial driving experience.

No serious citations within the last 5 years.

No DWI/DUI within the last 10 years.

Prior dump truck or asphalt hauling experience preferred.

Must maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
