Join Our Team as a Recovery Tech | - Overnight Position Open at Anoka Men's Residential Site

At Transformation House, our Recovery Techs play an essential role in supporting clients and ensuring a safe, structured environment. You’ll work closely with clinical and nursing teams, monitor client activities, administer medications, and help maintain a positive milieu.

The overnight position is at our Men's site in Anoka 11PM - 7AM. All Techs must work every other weekend. This is for 4 shifts per week (8 per pay period) with the ability to pick up open shifts if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and document client activities, ensuring safety and accountability

Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)

Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation

Administer or oversee medication distribution

Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests as required

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)

Assist with facility upkeep and client chore organization

Provide client transportation as needed

Utilize de-escalation techniques when necessary

Prepare meals when required

Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Availability to work every other weekend

Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance

Ability to pass DHS Background Study
