CCTV Tap Cutter Operator (CIPP)

We are seeking a hard-working and highly motivated TV Tech /Tap Cutter to add to our team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize remote cameras and CCTV equipment to videotape inside sewer lines for inspections.

Determine whether cleaning and/or repairs are needed.

Reinstatement of service laterals after rehabilitation (cutting taps) when needed.

Service, adjust, and perform minor repairs to cameras and equipment as needed/directed.

Assists in CIPP liner installations as needed.

Set up CIPP equipment.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Tap Cutter or TV Tech in the CIPP industry required. Schwalm experience is very beneficial.

Solid understanding and knowledge of standard field pipe rehabilitation installation procedures.

Must have a valid driver's license in good standing consistent with company standards and be able to pass a DOT physical to operate company vehicle when necessary. Strongly prefer CDL.

Must be accurate, detailed, reliable, and able to follow orders on projects and tasks with minimal supervision.

Must have ability to be proactive and troubleshoot.

Ability to complete applicable reports, records, and related administrative tasks.

PACP/MACP/LACP certifications are a plus.

Physical Demands:

Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting.

Ability to enter confined spaces.

Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

Able to work in various weather conditions.

Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday but can include shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
