Job Description

CCIE is a Must preferred CCIE routers/switches

Requirements

• 8+ years in network support and/or engineering roles, preferably enterprise level CCIE or equivalent certification
• Extensive practical knowledge of all levels of the OSI network model
• Experience with protocol analysis, Break Fix, and proficiency with protocol analyzer and debugging tools
• Proven ability to work closely with and mentor others

• 5+ years’ experience with updating and creating technical documentation
• Hands on experience with private cloud networking configurations and support
• Experience with scripting languages
• Exemplary problem-solving skills Duties
• Diagnose and resolve network problems as they arise
• Document problem resolution methods and procedures for knowledge base
• Perform packet analysis when necessary
• Mentor and educate operations networking staff
• Interface with engineering and change management teams to document and peer review planned changes
