Job Details: Job Description: As the CCG ECG ECE PSES Hardware PAE (Platform Application Engineer), you will assist in providing technical support for one or many product(s) families. Your key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the list below: - Provides technical support to customers for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring customer time to market readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness. - Investigate and troubleshoot hardware related issues reported by customers, providing timely and effective solutions. - Assists in providing technical support for one or more Intel products, participates in new product development, and represents customer and/or market needs to engineering teams. - Works with the sales team to help resolve customer technical questions and participates in customers visits and presentations. - Conducts competitive product analysis and market research and formulates and reviews strategic long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product areas. - Own, develops and maintain technical content/ collaterals and oversees development and production of marketing/ technical material such as product demonstration videos, tutorials, technical blogs, white papers, presentations, product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes and other supporting technical collaterals. - Presents product training material as required. Grows customer product adoption by educating them on latest advances in technologies made by Intel. - Collaborate with backend team to expedite the resolution of customer issues, ensuring seamless and efficient support process. - Experience in board rework, testing/ debug, oscilloscope measurements and etc. Qualifications: - BS or MS degree in Electronic and Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent. - Strong knowledge in Intel Architecture and chipsets, Hardware IO (Input/ Output), PCIe, USB spec, HSIO, memory architecture and equivalents knowledge. - Schematic tool review and equivalent. - Strong communication skills in both written and verbal. - Strong in problem solving skills. - Willing to learn and not easily give up attitude. - Programming skill set of C++, C# and such will be an added advantage.
