Primary Skills : BOS, BAT, BRM, AIRBUS PMT (CAPITAL, CATIA V5, VPM, SEEXP etc.), DMU knowledge, Configuration Management basics Education: B.E./ B.Tech. (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial/Production, Electrical)

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working for aircraft like A350, A321 and A380 on GRM activities ATA 92 and FTI activities ATA 89
• Having good knowledge to select the electrical harness protections like EMI, Electrical, Mechanical
• Worked on both retrofit and line fit solutions
• having the experience on creation of product structure (ATA 92,89)
• Experience with aircraft environment, mechanical and electrical structures harness design consideration of doc SIDP, TDD, concept and feasibility study
• expertise in Catia V5 and knowledge in 3D part design and 2D drawing creation, Assembly Design, Harness wiring, EPD, EНІ, ЕНА
• Good knowledge on VPM, DMU, Trend 5 AND IMADE
• Good knowledge on electrical related tools and process like PROPTOOL, HMV.CIRCE I, TRESTI, RIC, ESDCR, ICC-CADB
• Good knowledge on analysation of WD, TOPOLOGY, RIC data - FIN analysation and connector with respective back shell selection
• Good knowledge on sensor and equipment installation also creating Picture drawing (photo sketch) for same
• Strong knowledge on PASS SSI creating DDS, filling attributes and giving item zones
• having experience with Aerospace SHEET METAL(V924)
• Proposing feasible solutions for various problems while routing the electrical harness
• Study of airbus change documents such as TRS, SIDP, TDD and DQN
• Basic knowledge of capital logic and capital XC
• Knowledge of Design Quality check.
• Responsible for performing DMU(Digital Mock-up) Integration, design and drawing activities using AIRBUS methodologies.
• A good team member who is responsible for supporting AIRBUS projects in DMU/M&T/CM bundles
• Accountable for activity execution, closing of assigned responsibilities/activities and capable of keeping effective communication with all the stakeholders
• Capture best practices, build knowledge repository & training materials to train new team members added into the project team
• Proactive in idea generation, innovation mindset to improve product, process methods and tools
• Create quick PoC (Proof of Concepts) or build new solution proposal for various platforms

 Required Skills:

• Must have minimum of 2+ years of experience in AIRBUS Process, Methods and Tools.
• Hands on experience in CATIA V5/V6, PASS SSI, Enovia VPM, TreND, Context Builder, CADint, Taksy, Gilda, DPDS and Optegra will be preferred.
• Hands on experience in 3DExperience platform (functional) would be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge in AIRBUS product structure and Configuration management process.
• Should have a good technical knowledge of Aircraft Structures, Systems, Cabin & Cargo Layouts.
• Experience in Design and Quality check of AIRBUS Structural, Systems and Cabin/Interior components will be preferred.
• Prior experience in SA Lean PLM projects and knowledge in AIRBUS functional tool testing environments would be preferred.
• Preferable to have basic knowledge in Agile / SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, flexible and agile enough to meet the expected deliverables to achieve common business goals & objectives.
