A Day in the Life

This is an exciting opportunity to join Marketing team as a Cath Lab business operations Senior specialist Eurasia. In this role the selected candidate will be leading Cath Lab Business Operations to enhance Effectiveness , Monitor Gaps, Propose and Drive action Plans to contribute in optimizing Demand Planning and supply allocation by collaborating with different stake holders in Supply Chain & Marketing.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Analysing Eurasia and Regional unit & Financial Forecasting to Monitor Gaps and variances 
• Communicating demand Planning Corrective actions to regional Team based on Upstream Marketing Guidance
• Supporting Marketing team in executing and deploying Manual allocation processes to offset Supply constraint Gaps 
• Supporting products Phase in -phase out processes related to GTIN and SAP extension
• Analysing Regional Field & Distribution centres inventory wile communicating suggested action to minimize SOGL and product availability risks 
• Communicating and follow up on action plans associated with MDD -MDR transition.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Marketing and Or supply chain experience 
• Previous Knowledge in demand planning/ Forecasting / Product launch & Phase outs 
• Bachelor university degree.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Hungary: 10,400,000.00 HUF - 15,600,000.00 HUF | Poland: 148,000.00 PLN - 222,000.00 PLN |  

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
