Bij BAS World draait alles om handel, snelheid en de beste deals in de markt. Als Category Manager Trucks ben jij dé spin in het web tussen inkoop, verkoop en voorraadbeheer. Jij bepaalt welke voertuigen we inkopen, hoe we ze in de markt zetten en tegen welke prijs we ze aanbieden. Dankzij jouw keuzes zorgen we ervoor dat BAS World altijd de beste aanbiedingen heeft én dat onze voorraad blijft draaien met de juiste marges.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je beoordeelt voertuigen die door inkopers worden aangedragen en bepaalt de inkoopprijs en verkoopstrategie.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige voorraadbeheer van trucks en trailers.

• Je stelt de verkoopprijzen vast en bepaalt wanneer voertuigen herprijsd moeten worden.

• Je bewaakt de marges en geeft verkopers speelruimte in onderhandelingen – wil een verkoper daar buiten gaan, dan beslis jij.

• Je bepaalt hoe voertuigen verkoopklaar worden gemaakt en zorgt dat ze optimaal gepresenteerd worden (online én op ons terrein).

• Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op de voet en gebruikt data om onze voorraad- en prijsstrategie steeds slimmer te maken.

• Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met grote leveranciers door heel Europa en bezoekt hen regelmatig om relaties te versterken en kansen in de markt direct te signaleren

Kortom: je zorgt dat de voorraad draait, de marges gehaald worden en BAS World altijd vooroploopt in de markt.
