Category Manager

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to join Ninja's dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of category strategies aimed at maximizing sales and profitability within your assigned product categories. You will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to optimize product assortments, pricing, and promotional efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category plans aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product availability and effective promotions.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance demand and supply.
• Track and report category performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in category management or relevant roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful category strategies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Effective negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce sectors preferred.
