About the role
We’re looking for a Category Head to own and scale one of Stable Money’s core investment categories. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product, partnerships, and growth — with full accountability for category performance, customer adoption, and commercial outcomes.
You will define category strategy, drive execution across functions, and build strong external partnerships to deliver best-in-class customer propositions.
What you'll do
Category, P&L Ownership
Own end-to-end category strategy, roadmap, and P&L outcomes
Drive growth in acquisition, activation, and portfolio size
Identify expansion opportunities within the category and adjacent segments
Monitor competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and customer trends
Product & Experience
Partner with product and design teams to shape customer journeys
Translate user insights into feature enhancements and positioning
Ensure the category delivers a differentiated and frictionless experience
Partnerships & Supply
Source, onboard, and manage institutional partners
Negotiate commercials and optimize supply mix for customer value and business outcomes
Ensure strong relationship management and governance with partners
Growth & Distribution
Work closely with marketing and growth teams to craft positioning, messaging, and campaigns
Optimize conversion funnels and lifecycle engagement
Use data-driven experimentation to improve performance metrics
Analytics & Execution
Track and report category KPIs and unit economics
Build dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for leadership reviews
Drive cross-functional execution across product, ops, risk, compliance, and marketing
What we’re looking for
8+ years experience in category management, business ownership, product strategy, or partnerships
Experience in fintech, banking, wealth, or digital marketplaces preferred
Strong commercial acumen and comfort owning revenue or P&L metrics
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions
Proven stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
High ownership and bias for execution in fast-moving environments
Nice to have
Experience launching or scaling financial/investment products
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance considerations in financial services
Startup or high-growth environment exposure
