Responsibilities
Catalog Management
• Oversee and maintain product catalogs across Shopify portals.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Regularly audit catalog content for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines.
AI Graphic Design & Branding
• Utilize AI-driven design tools to create product imagery, promotional graphics, and branding assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop cohesive brand identity across digital platforms.
• Innovate with AI tools to streamline design workflows and enhance creative output.
Product Branding
• Develop and implement branding strategies that align with company vision and market positioning.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across product listings, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
• Conduct competitor analysis to refine branding and catalog presentation.
Shopify Portal Management
• Manage Shopify backend, including product uploads, categorization, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization.
• Optimize product pages for SEO and user experience.
• Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align catalog updates with campaigns and promotions.
• Provide insights into product performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in catalog management within e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
Strong proficiency with AI graphic design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI).
Demonstrated expertise in product branding and digital identity development.
Solid understanding of Shopify portal operations, including product setup, inventory management, and SEO optimization.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics to track performance.
