Senior India Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Senior Plc UK. Senior India was established in 1993 under the name of Inalsa Flexonics that was taken over by the Senior Group in 1998. Currently operating from two sites which are in Manesar.
Senior India is a leading manufacturer of Automotive Flexible Exhaust Connectors (Bellow and Interlock types), SS Bellows. Senior India has also introduced engine products viz. EGR coolers, Fuel rails, EGR tubes, Turbo Oil Drains, Turbo Oil Feeds etc.

Looking for Casual Workmen (ITI-qualified or Helpers) to support day-to-day operational, maintenance, and site activities, including basic quality checks and support for achieving daily/shift production targets as per instructions.
• Assist technicians, operators, and supervisors in routine production activities.
• Carry out basic mechanical/electrical/fabrication tasks (as applicable).
• Support achievement of daily and shift-wise production targets.
• Follow production plans, work instructions, and supervisor guidance.
• Perform basic quality checks of work done as per standard procedures.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished work for visible defects.
• Ensure work output meets quality and productivity standards.
• Report production delays, quality issues, or material shortages to supervisors.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely.
• Perform loading, unloading, cleaning, and housekeeping activities.
• Support breakdown, maintenance, and installation activities.
• Follow safety rules, site discipline, and PPE requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks within stipulated time
• ITI Certificate (Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Mechanic / relevant trade) OR
• Helper with basic industrial/site experience
• Minimum education: 8th / 10th /12th pass (preferred)
• Basic understanding of tools, safety, quality, and productivity practices
Experience required: Two to Three years of experience.
