As a Stockroom Assistant at Frasers, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth stock movement and replenishment, supporting the shop floor and customer experience. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring every product is where it needs to be.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Replenishment
• Support the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries
• Replenish the shop floor promptly and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory control
Stockroom Standards & Organisation
• Organise and maintain the stockroom in line with company standards
• Ensure products are stored safely and accessibly
Operational & Team Support
• Support store colleagues by ensuring product availability
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures in the back of house
• Be flexible to support the shop floor during busy trading periods if required
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable, committed, and takes pride in your work
• A team player with good communication skills
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
• Previous stockroom, retail, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
