As a Sales Assistant within our Ladies Luxury Accessories department, you’ll deliver a premium shopping experience, connecting with customers and offering expert product guidance across high-end accessories.

You’ll play a key role in elevating the customer journey, helping customers discover the finishing touches that complete their look, while maintaining the highest luxury standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome all customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, creating a luxury-first impression.
• Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversation and tailored recommendations.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand styling needs and occasions, particularly within accessories and finishing pieces.
• Recommend and locate suitable products, staying up to date on current collections, designers, and key seasonal trends in luxury accessories.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across handbags, small leather goods, and accessories, highlighting key features and craftsmanship.
• Naturally identify add-on opportunities to complement purchases and enhance the overall outfit.
• Share information about in-store promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty benefits.
• Maintain exceptional visual standards within the accessories department, ensuring displays are clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Support replenishment and ensure the department is always ready for trading.
• Deliver consistent, high-level customer service in line with the Flannels brand.
• Ensure full compliance with all Flannels policies and procedures.

• Confident, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
• Strong interest in fashion, with an appreciation for luxury accessories and styling.
• Previous experience within luxury retail or accessories is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to confidently make styling recommendations and build complete looks.
