Casual Retail Stylist

Our team is growing, and we are currently searching for a customer-focused Casual Retail Stylist to join the team at our beautiful Rundle Street boutique.

Responsibilities:

Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.

Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.

Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.

Working alongside the Store Manager and State Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.

Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
