Playtech‘s Casino Product Team is looking for a proactive Casino Product Owner with excellent communication and organization skills- someone who thrives on turning ideas into action, excels at cross-team collaboration, and brings clarity to complexity.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
• Translate customer feedback into development-ready tasks and maintain alignment with the Casino Product stream.
• Act as the central communication bridge between Product Managers and Development Teams, ensuring roadmap clarity and execution.
• Lead and facilitate key meetings (e.g., Kanban reviews, system demos, regional updates) to drive progress and alignment.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence to support transparency and architectural planning.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and cross-team coordination.
• Introduce competitor insights and innovation opportunities to keep Playtech’s casino offerings ahead of the curve. 

Components for success. You...

• Have 3–5 years of experience in professional roles within the iGaming industry.
• Have solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can manage multiple initiatives and priorities with competing timelines.
• Are skilled at influencing cross-functional teams.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of Casino.

You'll get extra points for...

• Previous experience as a Product Owner.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master qualification.
• Project management certification / experience.
• Proven ability to drive product and business decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices.
