Red Deer Resort & Casino is seeking a Casino Lounge Expeditor (Morning Shift) to support our casino food and beverage operations during morning service. This role is ideal for a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.
This position is part-time, scheduled from Thursday to Sunday (morning shifts).
Key Responsibilities
• Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with busing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Support servers with side duties including restocking, cleaning, and general service support.
• Ensure accuracy and presentation of food orders before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry trays and items as required.
• Flexible availability for morning shifts (Thursday to Sunday).
• Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an asset but not required.
Work Environment
• Fast-paced casino lounge environment.
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
