Job Description

Casino Executive Host – Far East Marketing will be responsible for cultivating and elevating relationships with our most distinguished guests through premier player development initiatives. This role focuses on the strategic acquisition of high-net-worth players to enhance our property's exclusive player base and drive premium casino revenues, while ensuring exceptional retention and repeat engagement through all luxury-focused communication channels, including personalized outreach and curated travel experiences specific to Far East international business.

Casino Executive Host – Far East Marketing will consistently strive to exceed the expectations of our most discerning guests through gracious, bespoke, and highly personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent luxury hospitality instincts, a passion for delivering white-glove guest care, and a commitment to proactive, anticipatory service and seamless issue resolution.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture exclusive one-on-one relationships with distinguished high-net-worth casino guests, delivering bespoke service to build and maintain premier player partnerships and elevate Vancouver business to Las Vegas
• Strategically leverage player database and network to drive premium business development for the Far East segment
• Collaborate as part of an elite team to expand revenue and income managed by the Casino Marketing division
• Provide concierge-level hospitality and host distinguished guests on the Casino/Hotel floor in Las Vegas and in Vancouver as required
• Oversee the premier Wynn Las Vegas Branch Office operations in Vancouver
• Deliver seamless, anticipatory responses to all guest requests via email, phone, and text message with discretion and sophistication
• Ensure all guests receive assistance with refined courtesy and efficiency. Resolve concerns with grace and discretion while escalating matters appropriately
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of premium gaming offerings, exclusive marketing events, curated promotions and VIP programs, along with the prestigious benefits and privileges of the Wynn Rewards card
• Strategically curate and plan bespoke in-market events and luxury travel experiences to drive business in key Far East markets
• Arrange premium reservations, luxury transportation, and exclusive accommodations for guests with meticulous attention to detail
• Exercise refined judgment and make decisions in accordance with established VIP comp and expense guidelines
• Confirm all room bookings, fine dining reservations, credit arrangements, and comprehensive preparation required for distinguished guest arrivals
• Handle confidential files, materials, correspondence, and related documents with utmost discretion
• Support premium player development initiatives and signature casino events
• Review and process expense reports with precision
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field is highly valued
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, high-end casino operations, premium player development, or exclusive guests management
• Demonstrated expertise in cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and ultra-premium guests

Competencies

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage discerning, sophisticated guests with authenticity, grace, and refined professionalism
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, specifically Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems and player database management is preferred
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity with expertise in Far East business etiquette, customs, and preferences
• Sophisticated communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information with eloquence and discretion
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities aligned with premium service standards and VIP protocols
• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury brands, exclusive experiences, fine dining, premium travel, and high-end entertainment offerings
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple sophisticated client relationships simultaneously
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards reflecting luxury brand excellence at all times
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive client information and high-profile matters

Supervisory Responsibility

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment

• This role operates in an upscale, fast-paced luxury casino and hospitality environment with exposure to high-profile guests and exclusive venues

Position Type/Expected Work Hours

• This is a full-time position. Must demonstrate flexibility regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays to accommodate premium client needs

Language Skills

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sophisticated documents, including policy manuals, correspondence, and client communications. Ability to respond to inquiries with eloquence and professionalism. Ability to compose detailed, refined correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and group settings with distinguished guests.

Age, Certifications and Work Cards

• 21 years of age or above
• A valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position
